Bridging Nigeria's enterprise capacity gap.
The Youth Entrepreneurial Development Programme (YEDP) is a six-month online enterprise development and business incubation programme designed and organised by the School of Enterprise Management, Ibadan Business School, for young and emerging entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 40.
Skills · Knowledge · Attitude.
Ibadan Business School is a learning enterprise established with the vision of bridging critical capacity gaps through innovative education, applied research, enterprise development and strategic engagement — with particular emphasis on strengthening the MSME ecosystem.
Nigeria runs on MSMEs.
MSMEs account for ~96.9% of businesses in Nigeria, contribute ~₦107.8 trillion to the economy and employ around 49.2 million people. YEDP exists to help young Nigerians turn side hustles into structured, financially disciplined and growth-ready enterprises.
Guided by national leaders.
Acting individually and collectively, the Board of Advisors promotes the best interests of the school — sharing high-level counsel and expertise in a spirit of mutual respect, collaboration and consultation.
